Renewing & New

Advisor Members (AM) are instrumental in working with the Charitable Planning Specialist (CPS) and Philanthropy International’s Partner Charities. They participate in the educational courses offered through Philanthropy International and are prepared to work along side of the CPS. Together they educate the Partner Charity’s donors on the philanthropic aspect and the tax advantages of estate planning. Advisor Members assist the CPS with the follow-up for any educational seminars, presentations and charitable design efforts.

Renewing

Welcome back to the unique opportunities afforded to the Philanthropy International National Charity Council advisor members. 2008 looks to be an exciting year filled with innovative educational opportunities.

Taking into consideration suggestions by our CPS and AM we have moved our summer conference to the spring to help all new members get off to a fast start with our QuikStart in April. This two-day conference combines a preliminary introduction to our National Charity Council for the new comers as well as basic and advanced charitable planning education for all CPSs and AMs. You won’t want to miss this fundamental training!

Live monthly webinars are scheduled throughout 2008 to keep you on the education track of becoming a specialist in charitable planning. Remember to access previously recorded training classes via the CPS Resource Center for review and further training.

If you, as an existing Advisor Member, desire to move into a CPS position, please review the CPS requirements posted below.

To renew your Advisor Membership, please download and print the National Charity Council Application and Fee Schedule. Once completed, please submit scanned documents via e-mail to renewal@picharity.org or fax to (909) 624-4050.
